Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. A cozy apartment on an area of 42 square meters awaits you with a great view from the 3rd floor above the mezzanine. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the large living/sleeping area has another sofa bed (120cm), an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On top of that, you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

Cozy cottage for two people. Directly on the lake, with large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. House is part of a small tiny house holiday settlement (four houses). The other cottages can also be booked through Airbnb.

A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment has about 43 m². There is 2 room, a large (living room) and a slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Apart from the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), all rooms have easy-care laminate floors.

Sunny, quiet apartment with large balcony

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has a 18m ² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Brunswick. From here you can easily reach the Braunschweig City with theatre, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with phaeno and autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is free in front of the house.

The apartment is located in the village of Groß Lafferde, in a central location on the federal roads 1 and 444. Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Hildesheim are about 20 km away, Hanover 45 km away.
