It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and large garden. The type of accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

In Scario, just two minutes walk from the seafront ( about 100 meters) there is a portion of an apartment consisting of a separate two-room apartment of 40sqm, located on the second floor of a house with garden. It has mosquito nets and consists of: entrance, bedroom with bridge closet - the double bed can be converted into two single beds, living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, kitchenette, terrace with sea view, TV, washing machine use. Great for a couple. No parking.
