We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. The Story Studio Sortelha da Travessa do Forno, on the 2nd - 1st Floor, is an accommodation unit in the studio T0 typology with 22 m2, which has a double bed of large dimensions with high comfort for two people. Here you will find a very welcoming contemporary retreat, from which you get a privileged view of the keep tower and the castle wall that surrounds it.

Stairway to Castle

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).
