House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Son tres aparamentos para dos personas, muy parecidos, con el mismo nivel de equipación y las mismas vistas. Conservan el estilo arquitectónico de la edificación original. Los interiores de cada apartamento tienen su propia personalidad, resultando acogedores y cómodos. En la planta baja, la protagonista es la chimenea de leña situada en el salón; en la primera planta la terraza-balcón con vistas al fondo de valle y las montañas. Todo listo para que descanses y disfrutes de la estancia.

A rural house with exceptional views, both from the living room and the bedroom. The entire front of the living room is glazed, so it feels like there are no buildings and that the Picos de Europa are a giant painting, 160x200 bed. Terrace where you can have a drink if the weather is good. The accommodation has kitchenware (pots, pans…) There are no consumables. Heating works from October to May, inclusive. If you need heating in the summer, there is an additional charge of €15/day.
