Great view from last floor! English speaking

Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Bienvenue dans mon studio de 15m2, rénové en 2022, situé sur le front de mer avec vue sur la forêt domaniale. Situé dans le grand immeuble en vague à l'extrémité de la commune: vous pouvez rejoindre rapidement la côte sauvage avec sa plage de sable, sa forêt et ses dunes, tout en restant à proximité du centre-ville. Le studio se trouve au 5e, accessible en ascenseur et possède les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Le studio n'est pas adapté pour les personnes handicapées.

Stay in this newly renovated sea-facing studio 60 m from the beach (the decor remains to be refined, it will be for the rental in July). We offer a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, a functional kitchen area with all the necessary equipment and a pleasant living space thanks to its large bay window. The sofa turns into a real bed in seconds with a quality (and new) mattress. And finally a beautiful 6 m2 terrace...
