Sensational location: Right by the city ponds. Central but quiet on former bastion of the Swedish period. Old town view. Apartment on the second floor of the newly built house. Large fenced park property together with owner's residence. Approx. 50 square meter apartment with living-kitchen area, bedroom, shower room and storage room. Open white glazed roof chair and oak parquet flooring. Water view from every room! Private parking space. Large terrace area for sunbathing or dining.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbour, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in brick Gothic style is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. It is a non-smoking pet home. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Stralsund Old Town, 2-room apartment with loggia

My place is close to the city center/Old Town and all Stralsund attractions such as the City Hall, the Maritime and Cultural History Museum and the Oceanium. The harbour is less than 10 minutes' walk away. My apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed house renovated in 2006 and consists of a bedroom, full bathroom and living room with open kitchen. We offer a free parking lot located opposite the apartment.

The light, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the high ground floor of a modern residential house in a small side street and is nevertheless very centrally located.
