Historic and individual vacation on Westrügen. Beautiful, personal, small apartment in an old craftsman house from 1750 in the center of the village of Gingst. Located on the second floor, on the market side, with low wooden beam ceiling and historic windows. Away from the tourist crowds at the entrance to the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Close to nature but with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic shop, handicrafts, ceramics and a very special bookstore in the immediate neighborhood.

Alte Försterei

The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness. In summer, children have plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors; from July, the swimming pond will also go into operation.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Landhaus Gutleben - lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.

Fantastic apartment on the Brunnenaue

This apartment from Stralsund Homes an der Brunnenaue is very quietly located in the best district of Stralsund and surrounded by greenery. Shopping (supermarket) and bus stop are 2 minutes away by 2 minutes. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the center. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a completely renovated house and consists of a large living area, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with bathtub as well as a bathroom with toilet and sink.

Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. If you're looking for peace, relaxation and a large garden, this is the place for you. The apartment offered here impresses with its view from the kitchen through the large patio door. It is lovingly decorated and is even suitable for wheelchair users. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception

Feeling on the edge of the world, the hut offers a cozy retreat with a fireplace, sun terrace and a magnificent view of the vast expanse of Mecklenburg. Inside sheltered, outside the feeling of space & freedom A private outdoor shower, dry separation toilet, fireplace and hammock await you. For wellness, we have a sauna & hotpott in our garden area which can be used for a fee, as well as 2 e-bikes. A warm shower can be used in our house.

Vacation home "UtTied" - Arrive and relax

Apartment "UtTied" is located in the main building on a spacious, private garden property with pond complex. Relax on your terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Vorpommern's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sand beaches.

We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
