Notre studio de 24 m2, se trouve en hyper centre de Rochefort, à 10 minutes à pieds des thermes, à quelques mètres de la place Colbert et de la corderie Royale. Au RDC, très calme, bien que le studio donne sur la rue. Il est constitué d'une cuisine, plaques à induction, grille pain, bouilloire, Nespresso, frigo avec compartiment congélateur séparé. Le lit (160 x 200) est séparé du reste de la pièce par une cloison décorative. Notez qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle.
