The studio overlooks Marina Corricella, 'Borgo dei Pescatori' in Procida, an enchanting and Silentitious place, sometimes a film set, a tourist destination. It is only 800 metres from the beach a. feet or 200 metres if you travel by boat or (URL HIDDEN) studio apartment you will like for the location that promotes intimacy with the sea. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
