Separate attic apartment with approx. 53m², which is reached via a common staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 ZKB +WC. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160x200cm bed. In the bathroom there is a shower + cupboard and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally furnished: 4-plate induction cooker, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/ bike / hiking /boat trips or just to relax.
