Great views and access to the Flat Top Wilderness, Stagecoach State Park, Routt MedBow, etc. You’ll love this place because of the location, the price and the comfort. There’s a pull out couch and an air mattress just in case. Have a stay in real cowboy country, away from the condos in Steamboat, but less than half an hour from the slopes.

We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing.
