Huis Potaerde: country house near Brussels

This renovated country house is ideal for a stay up to 8 people. Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! With its rural location, this country house is the ideal place to relax. Unique!

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Optimal accessibility by public transport (train, bus, tram) and by car. 15 min from the city center, close to the ing ARENA, the Basilica. Free street parking.. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the center, without being out of the way; this is the perfect compromise to visit the Capital and its surroundings. This pleasant duplex is located a stone's throw from the Basilica, on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator. It offers the comforts necessary for a good stay (new bedding, Wi-Fi, Netflix, desk, etc.). Several shops (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants) are located close by.
