Das Rauchen ist auf der Terrasse erlaubt. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen zur Verfügung. Gratisparkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Im Umkreis von fünf Gehminuten erreichen Sie alle Dorfläden, die Post, die zentrale Bushaltestelle bei der Kirche, die Talstation der Luftseilbahn Hohsaas und die Langlaufloipe.

Gute ÖV-Verbindungen nach Saas-Fee oder Visp, schneesichere Skigebiete (Saas-Fee, Saas Grund, Saas Almagell), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar in ca. 400 Meter zu Fuss (Bäckerei/Dorfladen/Sportartikel) oder ca. 1.5 km (Coop/Denner).

Mandatory tourist tax should be paid separately: 4.5 CHF per night/person in winter, 7 CHF in summer. Saastal cards will be provided for free. Children up to 12 years free of charge.
