Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Juan

Ana is fantastic. An excellent host! I stayed at her place for an extended period and everything about the experience was great. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Jennifer's accommodations for three adults. We especially appreciated her responsiveness to each of our inquiries, both before and during our stay. The privacy and beauty of her pool area was a real plus, as well as we were able to have use of the laundry facilities. The traffic noise behind the property was but a small issue and did not affect our enjoyment. The on site parking amenity was a huge plus as well and we always felt secure on the property. There were also a number of places to eat and shop (including a Costco) within just a few minutes drive. Attractions are varied and not too far away - i.e, beaches, forests, Old Town San Juan, Malls, - as well as for those wishing to visit the beautiful Puerto Rico Temple. If we ever have occasion to visit Puerto Rico again, we will definitely look no further than Jennifer's gracious and comfortable accommodations.

Eisam was extremely helpful with the check in process. Parking on site is a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay, and we would stay again if we come back to Puerto Rico. Easy enough to get to old San Juan, Bacardi tour, Luquillo, and the rainforest. A location you would definitely need to rent a car to stay! Exactly as pictured, and there was even towels to bring to the beach.

Julissa was a very helpful host and her place was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

Would definitely stay again, felt right at home since day one! Hector was super sweet; he had a light up crown, bday banner and a bday card for me !! I thought that was such a thoughtful detail! Location was great, only a short drive from San Juan/ airport. Please do yourself a favor and stay here !!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

the place looked just like the photos. The host was very quick to respond and give recommendations. Even accommodated an extra guest which was very easy. La Panadería right down the street was amazing!

Lovely home!

This place was such a gem! The outdoor area was so spacious and versatile. There were multiple options for resting and relaxing (swing chairs, hammock, outdoor dining area, lounge areas, hot tub, etc.). Additionally, the host was SUPER responsive anytime we reached out. There was a power outage on the island during our stay, and the host was proactive is letting us know and providing instructions on how to use the generator. There were also lots of nice add-ons that added to our experience! We highly recommend, especially for couples :)

My stay at Adis’ home in Puerto Rico was absolutely incredible! From the very start, communication was smooth and easy. Adis provided great recommendations upon arrival and explained the check-in process clearly, which made everything feel seamless. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—but the experience went beyond five stars. It smelled amazing, had shiny clean floors, and thoughtful touches like condiments, toiletries, a Bluetooth speaker for music, and Netflix for relaxing. The air conditioning kept the space cool and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the large outdoor area—it was perfect for lounging or taking a dip in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway. I truly felt at home here, and I’m so grateful Adis trusted me with her beautiful space. Highly recommend!

Enmanuel was a great host! Place was beautiful in person!. The washer and dryer were a great added feat. We stayed during the power outage Puerto Rico had as a whole and Enmanuel was so great with keeping us updated and even comped us a small fee since there was no power without even asking. Definitely would come back!

First time trip to PR with my family, group of 9 six adults and 3 bigger children and a toddler, space was not a problem outside area was perfect, host was very accommodating and i couldn’t have had a better stay.

Juan’s place was a great find, his place was exactly as described. Juan was very friendly and readily available to provide help when needed. We enjoyed our stay at his place, it was very roomy and cozy. The neighborhood was nice and calm and the location was close to many places such as the airport, different beaches, and to San Juan. I would recommend staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality Juan, we enjoyed your place!

I have nothing but a great wonderful experience. Me and my 3 daughters loved your home and have made beautiful memories. Your home was magnificently clean and with everything we could need and want ! By far Maria had everything we could of possibly needed! She paid attention to small details tht we found thoughtful and helpful for travelers. Best airbnb I’ve stood in so far ! Thank you ! The area was great even for after the beach days or lazy days when u wanna just order in and enjoy the pool or games.

Very spacious, clean home. Nice, peaceful location. We enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth was a great host!

Place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The main bedrooms had a/c which honestly kept the whole house cool ( you definitely noticed the difference when air was turned off). Neighborhood was quiet and not much around but like other comments there is roosters sounding in the morning. It wasn’t bothersome to us once we knew what it was but at first hearing it was a bit startling 😭. Very comfy area and lots of local restaurants nearby. The location was good and was in middle to travel to the old San Juan, ceiba, and beaches.

This was one of the best airbnbs I had ever stayed in. Coral had everything for anyone who might have forget something. The view was unexplainable!! To top it off for my birthday, they were so thoughtful to leave balloons on my door. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my first time being in Puerto Rico. Perfect place for a couple. Location is ideal with restaurants and beach at walkable distance. The view from the apartment is actually much better than what can be seen from the photos. Luis was very responsive and helped quite a bit throughout our stay.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is steps from the beach with a great location near restaurants and shops. Ray is an excellent host, he responded quickly and cared that we were having a good time in his country. I would definitely stay there again.

Rafael’s place was amazing. Close to the air port. The security was very nice & helpful. I felt safe at my stay. The only confusion was opening the lock box. But once we gave him a call he was helpful & attentive. I’ll definitely book again. Close to everything

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

My husband and I stayed at victors and had an amazing time. He was very responsive when i needed help finding the location. The place was super clean and near so many things to do and eat. Victor made sure to send us recommendations to all the great local eateries before we even got on the plane to puerto rico. If i could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
