Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Inside, there is a lovely bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed for two, and a nice living room with a fireplace, a dining area, upholstered benches, an open kitchen – and two extra sleeping places in a cozy, secluded alcove.

Our small, cozy cottage is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The cottage is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches on the coast, and Voerså town with shopping and pleasure boats. 1000 m to the sea!

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Slap af med hele familien i dette fantastiske sommerhus i Sæby i Nordjylland. Sommerhuset ligger kun 100 meter fra stranden, nyrenoveret og i rigtig fin stand. Nyd frokosten fra terrassen med havudsigt, og der er terrasser på alle husets sider - 2 overdækkede. Sæby havn er i gåafstand - kun 2 km. Kort afstand til både centrum/butikker, skov hvis I er til MTB eller gåture. Der er 2 SUP boards med våddragter og alt udstyr klar. Betaling for forbrug El, Vand, brænde, wifi er kr 200 pr uge.

The house is located in the second row of dunes, just 100 meters from a beautiful and child-friendly beach and from the cottage you can enjoy the smell of water and the sound of the waves. There is a path directly to the beach at the end of the driveway and in the dunes there is a bench where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the water.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
