The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Casa la Vinya is our cozy house with swimming pool and sauna in which we live and rent the 2 apartments on the lower floor. The villa is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within minutes walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. New! We also rent a sauna to our guests! Final cleaning, bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price.
