Very quiet charming family house in a hamlet overlooking the Aumance valley at the foot of a Romanesque church classified as a historic monument. Superb view of the valley and countryside. Beautiful private garden. Beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside or in the beautiful Troncais oak forest. Studio in a private house.

The studio is on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
