It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

This accommodation, on the 2nd floor of a large house in the heart of the historic district of Parthenay, just a hundred meters from the city center, welcomes you on more than 70 m2. The spacious oiled oak hardwood entrance includes a dressing room-style storage space. The living room, also in oak parquet, offers a sofa bed, coffee table and connected TV. A round table and chairs make up the dining area. A first large bedroom of 20 m2 and a second of 13 m2 complete this property.
