Charmante petite maison au cœur de la campagne sartoise, située à 5 mn de Beaumont sur Sarthe, alliant le charme de l'ancien avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes et sa cheminée, une décoration soignée et le confort moderne avec toutes ses commodités. Habitation avec jardin intimiste, à l'abri des regards équipé de bains de soleil et de salons de jardin et d'un barbecue au niveau de la terrasse, le tout dans un environnement très calme au milieux des champs.

Garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a heated swimming pool, in addition to two bicycles to discover Saint Céneri and the Alpes Mancelles.
