New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Recently renovated independent studio of 20 m2 in the basement of the main house, with independent entrance (bedroom and private bathroom). The studio has no kitchenette. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from Tours city center, 15 minutes by bike. So if you're looking for peace and quiet close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

The cottage includes a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park and 2 single beds, a mezzanine with reading corner. La Grange du Roy is an old barn restored into a small house, located in a small hamlet south of Indre-et-Loire, close to a river (200 m), with a walled garden.
