Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

Recharge your batteries in the heart of the green Ardeche

Come and relax and unwind in the mountains, in a charming place, from where you can go for a walk to the surrounding peaks and admire the sunrise on the neighboring Alps. The apartment is completely independent. Access is via a picturesque road carved out of a hillside.
