An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. Welcome to Provence Gardoise, Here, the sun rises twice, in the morning and after the nap. 500 meters from the village, private property of 6000 m2 fenced with private parking. Heated and secured pool, BBQ. Limitrophe au Vaucluse and Bouche du Rhône. Discover, Avignon and its festival in July (15 min), Nimes and Le Pont du Gard (30 min), Orange (15 min), Saint Rémy De Provence and Les Baux de Provence(40 min), the Camargue (1 hr). The TGV Station is 14.5 kms away and the A9 is 5 kms away.

Central Townhouse with Secret Courtyard and Pool

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Detached house, located in the countryside on our aborated property, near our Provencal farmhouse, where you can relax as close as possible to nature in a green setting . You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, etc.). The pool is reserved for you throughout your stay from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is treated with salt, it is not heated. The village is 2 km away.

Gîte in the heart of the Boucarut vineyard

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

The Provençal dependency

Restored by us, the Provençal outbuilding is in the heart of a peaceful village in the Gard, close to many activities (Ancient Theatre of Orange 10 min, Palace of the Popes of Avignon 25 min, Pont du Gard 25 min... 1h15 from the sea). Access to the rented house is via a through room of our house, the small garden ( still under development)and the swimming pool ( operational in June-June-August) are common but the rented house is totally independent

Roquemaure, near Avignon in the heart of the Cotes du Rhône vineyards. Small cocooning house near Avignon, the Vaucluse department, but also the Uzès region, Pont du Gard and Nîmes. On the ground floor, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 toilet; Upstairs 1 master bedroom with 160 bed and 1 walk-in shower. A large terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux and Château Neuf du Pape will allow you to have a pleasant relaxing time.

La Maison aux Oliviers - Private Pool - Provence

"La Maison aux Oliviers" is a small charming farmhouse of 90 m2, air-conditioned, independent and located on an old olive grove, quiet in a landscaped garden offering a beautiful private heated and secure pool. Its large awning offers the possibility of living outside sheltered from the sun and wind (mistral). Close to the historic center, local market and shops (walking distance), it is perfectly equipped for remote work (high-speed fiber)

If you like wide open spaces, tranquility, nature and old stones, we will be happy to host you in our simple, comfortable and authentic cottage. Close to the most beautiful sites of Provence, it is from here that you can make your most beautiful visits and taste excellent wines. The 100 m2 cottage is located in a farmhouse with character in a 3500 m2 park. You can enjoy a nap or long aperitifs under a beautiful 100-year-old hackberry tree.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis located in a small village in Gard offering all the amenities. Between Avignon and Orange, this town is the starting point for many tours, Avignon and its festival, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes... Quiet and functional, this accommodation for 2 people has a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, Wi-Fi, parking space and access to the owners' pool (two hours per day to be agreed upon)!
