Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the centre, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is comfortable. A boat with electric motors, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.

Take a break and relax in this little corner of nature. We are 30 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24H circuit. Nearby you can find many walking and mountain biking tours (lulled forest for example). For the more adventurous, beautiful villages are also to be discovered with their vineyards (Loire wines, Jasniere, Pineau d 'Aunis). The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed).

In the heart of the Loire Valley, the guest house " Gué Chapelle ", built at the beginning of the eighteenth century will be the ideal starting point to visit and discover the region, its heritage or simply go green.
