In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Surf Shelter – the house in the forest

Surf Shelter is a property located in the forest. We offer you here to rent only the house, without the annex: 4 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, two terraces, 3 bathrooms... and the forest all around. Included: a large space to store bikes and surfboards on your way back from the beach. By car, the beaches are 5 minutes away, as is access to all "amenities". The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment.
