It is located in a vibrant town with bars and restaurants to walk to, Access to a large shared courtyard, with your own segregated seating area/space. Access to our shared rear garden, bordered by the river.

The house is 2 Km from the pole of the horse. The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and hammock in summer. Linens are not provided. BABYFOOT and PIANO . The orchard and vegetable garden are at your disposal. No TV, but a cable TV. We live nearby.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the upper floor of our house, with independent entrance (new exterior staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. We also rent a room that is on the same landing (see Room in private house on Airbnb)

Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, Peugeot 203 vintage car ride by reservation. One animal on a leash is accepted.
