Our house of 3 floors, is in the village with all shops 100m around, market on Sunday. access to the marsh 1km (pier). There are 2 floors with 2 living rooms on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom on the 1st. 2 bedrooms with exposed beams on the 2nd with 2 bathrooms. It overlooks the south-facing courtyard and the west-facing church square with the garden at the back of the courtyard equipped with a small wooden above ground swimming pool. plenty of walking and cycling (4km rental).

In Damvix, a small peaceful village in the Poitevin marshes called "Green Venice", our gîte will allow you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Sèvre Niortaise. A small private courtyard will allow you to take your meals outside. The cottage is in the heart of the village, which allows you to do everything on foot: food shopping (bakery, butcher, mini-market), going to the restaurant, possibly fishing, walks. Close to the gite, rental of bicycles, canoes, boats and pedal boats.

You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.
