Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fibre Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. In Murat itself, a pretty little city of character (2 min walk) Train station nearby. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR departure) 10 minutes' drive from the Lioran ski resort, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Skiing,biking,hiking.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
