The studio is a cosy private retreat to relax and unwind - surrounded by beautiful gardens. The studio is air conditioned. Guests have their own private shower and toilet a few steps into the main house. There is a salt water swimming pool & BBQ. The pool is open in the summer months. Free off street car parking is available.

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
