Small village house, 30 m², with 20 m² garage in a small town of 200 inhabitants, very quiet in the heart of the Ouche valley, where the Burgundy canal and the Ouche river of 1st category pass. Ideally located 30 minutes from Dijon and Beaune and its cellars. 10 minutes from Chateauneuf, which is one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to Auxois, Panthier (15 minutes). Ten minutes to all shops, doctor, pharmacy food truck in the village on weekends pets not allowed

Studio with independent entrance located in our main residence including lounge area, equipped kitchenette lounge area, office area, shower room with toilet, king size bed located on the mezzanine. The garden of the house adjoining the studio and at your disposal, pétanque court. Pets are allowed with pleasure as long as you incorporate it into the reservation. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
