The studio, facing south, has a private access that is on the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European cycle path « Transiberia ». The Loire runs along the canal: between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular promenade site, has retained the charm of the old mariners' village.
