Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint John

Great spot & Great location - it is located about 5 min drive from the Trade & Convention Centre where we had our event which was perfect! Also, the hosts Kate & Pat responded immediately every time we had a question - would recommend for a comfortable stay in Saint John.

We felt right at home. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds where comfortable and the view from the many windows was great. Kate and Pat are very quick to respond to messages. We are planning on returning as it is close to UNB and walking distance to Rockwood Park.

Lovely accommodations. Very easy to reach off the highway. Extremely clean, Very comfortable bed!!!!

The Yellow Door was a great spot to stay while visiting SJ for work! It felt spacious for two adults, two dogs and a baby, the view was great and Kaleigh’s list of recommendations and instructions she left for us was a nice touch. We will be staying here again when we need an air bnb in SJ!

Gorgeous, peaceful surroundings and immaculate accommodation s! We spent 3 nights in this fantastic apartment. The check in instructions were very clear and made check in seamless. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was great to have use of a washer/dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings with a glass of wine at the fire pit. The sunsets are truly magnificent! Kate's recommendations were spot on for food as well as for hiking in the area. We were sad to leave Sunset Manor as we would have enjoyed exploring the area further. 10/10 for everything!

The view makes this home stand out above all the other places. The large windows offer a panoramic view of the water and its cozy seating areas provide ample space to take it all in and enjoy the company you brought with you. The kitchen had great cooking options as well as extra spices that you might forget. This home is so unique and lovely. Kevin was a very responsive host and helped us work through any issues that we had along the way. I would definitely recommend this home.

Booked for my sons Birthday so he could have a few friends for a sleepover weekend, was perfect TV was large we gamed and made great Memories, I highly recommend the view is spectacular

First of all, the location is beautiful. Easy access to the beach and long stretches in both directions to walk, especially at low tide. Waves crashing during a storm lulled me to sleep. The house is well equipped with many thoughtful gestures. The kitchen had condiments, spices, and a good supply of cooking utensils. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers, the best hair dryer, access to blankets to keep warm outside, plenty of board games, books, puzzle, yard games, Definitely have plans to come back!

I just had an amazing stay at Fatima and Bryan's Airbnb! Their kindness and support made my experience truly special. The location is fantastic—right across from the sea, offering beautiful views that are perfect for relaxation. The place was always spotless and had a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat. I also appreciated that Fatima and Bryan accommodated an early check-in for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and being available for any questions. Their genuine hospitality really sets them apart! Great little place

We can’t say enough about Anna’s place. First, I tend to be very particular about cleanliness. Anna’s place was cleaner than high quality hotels. It was pristine and it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance, cooking utensil, serving ware you may think to need. We weren’t there with children but it is a perfect property if you are traveling with small children. There are so many little touches that show genuine thoughtfulness for those renting the space, including the entry welcome above the coat hooks. 🙃 Very much appreciated being dog friendly and providing basic essentials in the front closet. The neighborhood is very convenient to downtown and a walk on the beach (enjoyable even on a chilly day). The friendly deer added even more smiles.
