Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! This is a super cute place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths and playgrounds. The house was adorable. It had a very spacious living room and a fully functioning kitchen to make a variety of meals. The beach and downtown are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this home!

House was great and very recently renovated. Very nice location, just on the edge of the historic district. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Easy 10 minute walk to main historic district or a 3 minute bike ride. Nice front and back porches, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Driveway has room for multiple cars no problem. Host (Ashish) was super responsive and very quick to answer our questions. Totally would rent this house again.

Great house that is very spacious and comfortable. It is filled with tons of amenities and basic needs. Well stocked house! Great location, and plenty of anything you need. Was nice to have detergent to do a few loads of laundry as well. Highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Danny & Andrea, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. I especially loved how close it was to all the tourist attractions!

It was a very quaint, cute, and enjoyable experience. Check in and check out was easy with great accommodations. Our hostess was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. My family and myself really enjoyed our stay in this historic house especially with it being a short walking distance to many of the areas restaurants and activities. We would definite stay again if given the chance!

We enjoyed our stay!! There was so much to do. Five Points area was down town in walking distance . The view was awesome and the home was beautiful we felt right at home and we would definitely stay again

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.

This place is absolutely lively. A real home from home. Great location close to downtown but still quiet. The place is very light with so many windows. It was spotlessly clean overall when we arrived with plenty of fresh bedding and towels. Perhaps the only tiny criticism was that the cleaner had not done the inside of the fridge but that is being a little picky. (it only took a minute to fix). I would love to go back again. overall definitely 5 star.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dexter & Misty's Villa! No complaints and would love to stay here again in the future. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need for cooking any meal. The hot tub and pool were used every day and everybody loved them! They layout of the house is great, with common areas, yet bedrooms split up for pivacy. Any host communication was very fast! We had one minor issue with the pool the first day that was quickly resolved with them going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! FYI - delivery services such as Doordash, groceries, etc easily dropped off inside the gated community, so we had groceries ready for us upon arrival.

Very comfortable clean home in a beautiful tranquil neighborhood! It was the perfect home for our family to enjoy over a family wedding weekend! Check in was stress free and Johnny was very responsive.
