Restaurants and shops 20 m walk away. The ideal location, with the private parking space is right in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the bathroom at night, please don't book.

The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

We will be delighted to welcome you to "Le Clos St Vincent", a quiet cottage, with a large enclosed garden, can accommodate 2/5 people, very good starting point to visit some of the castles of the Loire and the Zoo-park. The cottage is adjoining our house, we are available if needed.

To make it a total rest for you, bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the service. The studio is located in a farmhouse, at the back of our courtyard, it is composed of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a toilet and a shower room.
