Charming townhouse in the historic heart of our little Venice, nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, which gives it the greatest calm while being in town, a true haven of peace. The house consists of a Kitchen/Living Room on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms and shower room on the 3rd floor. The jacuzzi is prepared upon prior request. Possibility to rent a 2nd 2-bedroom accommodation next door on request. Warning: ⚠️ many steps and no parking on site

Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

Peaceful haven located in the countryside, in the heart of the Ardèche, close to the town of PRIVAS. You will enjoy the outdoor activities and tourist attractions such as the Gorges de l 'Ardèche, the Chauvet cave, the Ardèche river with the Canoé Kayak, the Gerbier des Joncs, the small steam train of the Mastrou, the festivities and different concerts during the summer. You can also visit about 600 m walk from the house the cave site of the Caves of the Jaubernie .

Azur with its SPA

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

The Via Ardèche is 500 m from the house as well as the Ardèche River. the house has a children's play area with slide, hut and swing.
