Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Le Boucheron is a locality in the municipality of Saint-Agnant de Versillat located 10 km from Souterraine, a medieval town with all amenities. The cottage is about 15 minutes from the A20 E9 (PARIS/TOULOUSE exit 20).

La grange de l'ours

The bear's barn, an old barn renovated into a charming little 60 m² accommodation (surrounded by barns), arranged as a duplex, furnished and equipped with everything you need for the proper functioning of your stay. Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. 2min away, the Etang de la Grande Cazine for fishing and walks. Independent access, and terrace with large garden.

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.
