F2 of 35 m2, ground floor with a bright air-conditioned bedroom, pool and ocean views (new bedding in 160), shower room, separate toilet, dining kitchen, 20 m2 covered veranda with ocean views. The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

Creole cuisine is available with planchas, gas fires and the necessary for cooking. The pool is accessible all year round.
