Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located in the listed village of Maincy, close to the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, 10 minutes from the Château de Blandy les Tours and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau, charming outbuilding located opposite the owners' house, at the back of a private courtyard. Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. The village has all the essential amenities: small supermarket, pizzeria, tobacco bar and bakery. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate direct access to a GR just a 1-minute walk away.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
