Pretty small apartment on the 2nd floor in a town house with garden, including a kitchenette, a seating area, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, seating area, office , 33 m2, my son with his spouse lived there 2 and a half years without me crossing them too much( same entrance), they were happy.
