L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Ce gîte est très chaleureux et spacieux, dans un terrain clos et arboré de 2000m², avec de superbes vues sur les massifs environnants. Il est paré de bois tel un chalet, avec son bar et une cheminée à foyer ouvert qui le rend très sympathique et convivial. Ilse compose de 4 pièces, salon/cuisine/salle à manger, 1 chambre principale, + 1 d'appoint, 1 S de B et 2 WC. Je vous invite à regarder l'ensemble des photos, ainsi vous visiterez le gîte ("plan") et les paysages environnants à découvrir.

Le logement est dans un hameau au confluent du jaur ,de l'orb,et des gorges d'heric, accès à la baignade a 5mn a pieds .Vous pourrez également participer à différentes activités :randonnées escalade, VTT,canoë .... Il se compose d une grande chambre avec lit en 140 et une belle pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . Er kan ontbijt genomen worden en gebruik gemaakt worden van de faciliteiten (zwembad, petanque en biljart) van hotel École olargues 50 meter verderop.
