The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

A typical country house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The house has an independent entrance to a living room with a fireplace, a corner double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The cozy room with a 160 cm double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped and provided with all comforts, including a dishwasher, electric convection oven, microwave, fridge, stove, and coffee machine.

The cottage consists of a living room of 30m2 with kitchen, a bedroom with bed of 140x200, a blind room with 2 beds 90x200, a shower room with toilet and a garden with terrace. We provide linens. The cottage is located in a white area, without networks, but the "peasant" Wi-Fi will help you.
