The house is located in the village of Bénévent l'Abbaye, labelled "Petite Cité de Caractère", in the heart of the Creuse countryside, where lovers of authenticity, sports, and many others... with family, friends, everyone will find their happiness! Bénévent l'Abbaye is also: the scenovision, the 12th century Abbey, hiking trails such as the route de St Jacques de Compostelle and the West Creuse bike route, an organic swimming pool 4 km away and many other visits nearby!

Fishing and Hiking Gîte: Au Trois P'tis Pois

Located near the confluence of the Creuse, bordering the river (swimming and fishing) and not far from the ruins of Crozant. If you want to escape for a few days or weeks, enjoy a rental in a picturesque setting. In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.

Charming 4 rooms, building 1530

Enjoy this charming, recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city. The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

Playhouse

A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.

NADINE'S PAVILION

Nadine's pavilion is located in a peaceful Creusois village in the countryside. The town of the municipality is 4 km from the village, where you will find the essential shops. The nearest town, which is called La Souterraine, is 15 km away. It is a medieval town where you can enjoy its activities and history. Your accommodation is located close to the owners and you can find hiking trails on site.

Country House

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small village, completely renovated, it is on the ground floor of the second accommodation (private entrance for each accommodation) and adjoining the owner's house. Ideal for staying in peace, surrounded by nature (many hiking sites, swimming...) Close to all shops (3kms) tourist office (9kms) and train station (15kms).

Gîte de las faugeras 4-6 people

Gîte de las Faugeras Small fully renovated stone house that can accommodate 4-6 people, in the heart of a friendly hamlet located 2 km from the village (Noth). Come and enjoy the calm of our beautiful countryside where you can enjoy a comfortable gîte and its surrounding leisure activities.
