Large, clean apartment where you can feel good thanks to a warm decoration. The surprise is the always shaded terrace (large umbrella) that allows you to enjoy the beautiful weather. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to the center. A bakery, butcher shop on the street and a small supermarket 2 minutes away. A large TV with netflix that delights children.

Very satisfied with the apartment. Matches the description, is well located for visiting Nîmes on foot. Very kind and responsive host. Provides very clear explanations, tips and recommendations. It's very quiet, and the accommodation remains cool because it gives a short side (positive with the heat). I would recommned this property ☺️

We had a great time in this little studio. It is located in a beautiful residence and in a quiet area. Super simple to park the car on the street, there are always spots available. The accommodation is also very modern and very comfortable and pleasant. We had to stay a week and in the end we did not hesitate to renew another week as the good was great! Recommended:)

Cintia is wonderful!!! Very helpful and do some spectacular massages!!!! If you need to rest, this is all for you. It has all kinds of appliances, massage stretcher,jacuzzi.. 😃 and best of all it is that it is private for you alone!!!! I recommend it and hot stone massage 😍👏🏻

We recommend the accommodation which is very nice and quiet. Stéphane is very responsive and friendly, everything went very well.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nimes! The location was very convenient and we found we had everything we needed--iron, laundry, hair dryer, etc. Our only inconvenience was that the air conditioning was not very effective, and it was quite hot during our visit. But other than that, everything was wonderful! We especially appreciated how responsive and communicative the hosts were. They even went out of their way to find us a fan to use. The terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of time outside.

We had a great time in this very well decorated, equipped and convenient apartment! Charlotte was very proactive and quick to communicate. Our only small downside was the location of this apartment, certainly, close to the city center, but in a popular area quite noisy and not always easy to park there. But that didn't bother our stay:-)

Ideal for holidays with friends / family. The proximity of the pool to the terrace invites you to laze all day long. The house is ideally located in relation to the village (very nice) and also in relation to the Pont du Gard, in Uzes,...

A wonderful house very close to the centre of Nîmes, yet on a quiet street with a private a peaceful garden with a lovely pool. We were there in December/January so it was quite cold, but a few of us managed a few cold plunges in the pool, and one of us went in every day! Everything was very clean and comfortable, lovely comfy beds and it was equipped with anything you could possibly need. We felt at home straight away. A great layout for family get togethers - we were there over Christmas and we could all cook and eat and watch TV together. It was easily walkable into the centre with all the Roman historic sites, restaurants and lovely little bars, coffee shops etc, and it was close to the cinema too. Veronique was very helpful and got back to me promptly if I needed anything. It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much Veronique, we hope to return!

Small, comfortable and well-equipped house, with the advantage of a terrace in the shade all day. The accommodation is also ideally located for exploring the region. The two swimming pools of the residence are very nice, especially for children. Thierry is available for any information and to recommend nice outings.

Very nice house, compliant with photos.(see better) and description. Everything is available at home, and thought to feel good there.(beds made on arrival, provision of bath and pool towels) A beautiful exterior very well maintained, a beautiful heated pool. Our teenagers also enjoyed grapefruit ( the cat) as well as the chickens. We had a great vacation under the southern sun. Thank you Charline and Antoine (your son) for hosting us.

We had a pleasant stay. The space has everything you need to feel at home. The heated pool was a very nice plus. I also want to thank Nico for hosting us and for his kindness, we'll be back with pleasure.

Great place to relax and enjoy the pristine pool and gorgeous garden. The studio is better than it looks in the photos, relatively recent, and well-maintained. I did not understand the layout in the listing, there are bunk beds in the entry area across from the separate WC and bathroom, leading to a decent-sized living/dining area and a small but functional kitchen. The queen-size (160cm) bed is upstairs on an open mezzanine level, TV is up there too. Comfortable linens on the beds. We appreciated the patio area, ours led directly to the pool. We spent a week there with our 7 yo granddaughter and there are lots of activities for kids, she also loved the pool. Frederic and Katy are very kind and responsive hosts.

We thank Frederik and Shawn for hosting us for a weekend in Nîmes. Very responsive and attentive, they were amazing! They care about their guests and it makes the stay all the more enjoyable!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We traveled with a toddler and twin infants under 1 year old. The place was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. They were very accommodating and even arranged for us to have an extra crib for our second twin. The house is quiet, private, and in a safe place; however we were still just a 5 minute walk into town for all the restaurants and activities. Check in was a breeze. Everything was very well explained. The host was always available and answered questions very quickly. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for our stay in Uzes. Merci!

What a stunning apartment in a perfect position within historic Uzès. The apartment itself oozes character and charm and it was spotlessly clean, clearly well managed and with everything that was required for our stay. Madame Cala was flexible with our arrival time for which we are grateful and she was just a phone call/text away had we needed anything (which we didn’t). We enjoyed many hours wandering the medieval streets of Uzès as well as exploring further afield within the Occitanie region which is stunning. We are so glad we found this beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend this apartment and Madame Cala.

As always, everything went well in Gilles's building. The studio, like the others I was able to try, is functional and clean. Access is easy with key boxes and Gilles is responsive in case of problems. I'll be back regularly with pleasure:) The only downside of this studio: no shutter at the window, only a blackout curtain.
