Pour vos journées, une cuisine équipée ouvrant sur un espace salle à manger avec poêle et un espace extérieur avec salon de jardin et quelques surprises ludiques et sportives.. Le Lieu est là pour vous ressourcer au calme, il n'est donc pas ouvert a une activité festive.

Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space to the maximum. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Château-Gontier. Possibility of parking easily in the street for free.
