Perfect for 2 persons (eventually 3), a nicely independent apartment in a renovated Provencal farmhouse with a bedroom and it's king size bed (180x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room with lounge including an open plan kitchen fully equipped and a 3rd possible accomodation on the mezzanine. Enjoy the shaded terrace, the wonderful garden with the 13m x 4m new swimming pool and the petanque ground. Some bicylces and a tennis table are available as well.

You will have 2 bedrooms (2 queensize beds), 2 bathrooms (shower, sink) and one separate WC, many amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc.) and also an elevator. Located in a pedestrian street just 5 minutes walk from the Pope Palace. There is no car park in front of the building. Public car parks are at walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without lift, which offers stunning views on the Pope Palace & the roofs. Very Quiet.
