NO SMOKING. At the foot of the stairs of the station, in absolute calm, top floor of a very beautiful Haussmannian building with small balcony and 3 windows facing south with exceptional views of all Marseille (from the hills to the islands of Friuli through the Bonne-Mère). Two-room of 42 m2, separate bedroom, large living room-kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, air conditioning. Very nice renovation (2021), top quality materials, cozy or modern furnished furniture. 5th floor (no elevator).

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
