Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

18 m² equipped studio located in a former wine estate on the heights of Cambes, 20 km from Bordeaux. The setting is green and private parking is available for your use. The property includes a small theater and performances take place on Friday nights, Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 67 m2 space. You will enjoy the calm of the place near the Garonne, the castles and the vineyards of the Entre-deux-Mers. Ideally located 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 35 minutes from Mérignac Airport. Regarding pets, only small or medium-sized dogs are accepted. We no longer accept our feline friends due to bad experiences.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
