Chalet vacation rentals in Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves

Véronique's place was just good for 2 families, spacious living room and adapted bedrooms. The location of the chalet is perfect, we can practically go ski-in/ski-out and reach the Alpes d 'Huez resort quickly while being quiet, in a very quiet village! That's exactly what we were looking for...If we can, we'll be happy to come back! 😊

Sylvain and Perrine are two very helpful people, they not only rented the chalet to us but also recommended places to go and, even, helped us book a table for New Year's Eve. They were helpful, kind, and welcoming. The property is conveniently located, where you can reach all the strategic points and the house is in classic mountain style. Wood and windows from which to enjoy the evocative view of the mountain. The house is well stocked with everything you may need. Recommended experience that we will surely repeat!! Thank you for everything Sylvain and Perrine, a lot of hospitality is not so obvious.

Very well equipped house in nice location. Short drive to lift (it is not really walkable in ski boots). Host was responsive, house was spotless. There were 6 of us and although house has beds for 13 that would be a real squash! There are comfy chairs around the fire for 8 and dining table would seat max 10.

A lovely stay. The cottage is atypical with large bedrooms (special mention for beds in 180🙏) We'll be happy to go back 😊

We spent a few days in the cottage and everything was perfect! We were three couples. The bedrooms are nice, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are great. The view from the living room is absolutely stunning. The place is very quiet while being close to the resort. A big thank you to Carole,who takes care of hosting, for her kindness and good humor! Great flexibility on check-in and check-out times and it's very nice.

Impeccable chalet, all the comforts you need, breathtaking views of the no less superb Chartreuse region. Flexible hosts with check-in and check-out times, thanks to them. Special mention for cards walking tours with young children in particular. One of the best value in more than 10 years on Airbnb!

The experience has been wonderful. The house had a lot of charm and was in an idyllic place. Just a 10 minute drive or bus to Méribel ski resort. We felt right at home and would love to repeat. Very grateful for the kindness of Arnaud and the lady who helped us when we arrived.

Great stay with Jérôme and Céline. The cottage is beautiful and lends itself perfectly to a holiday with others. There is space, it is very well located. Jérôme and Celine are available and considerate hosts. We had a great time in Avignon.

The chalet is very nice and functional with a beautiful view and garden. The mechanical lifts can be reached by walk in 5 mins. Very good location and very relaxing cottage.

Easily one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. It accurately matched the description, host was very responsive and very flexible to our requests. Pictures matched exactly and don't do the views justice. The kitchen is very well stocked with every appliance and kitchen utensils you might need. The coffee machine was fantastic in the mornings. Hot tub was great, and each room had amazing insulation. While some people watched TV upstairs others could go to sleep undisturbed. Wifi worked great (~90MB/s in the living room) and I was able to get a bit of work done while I was there. I'll warn you to park at the base of the small cluster of houses in the public parking and walk the rest of the way. It is possible to drive up to the house but the street becomes very narrow with buildings on either side and might be difficult with a larger car or if you don't have experience driving on tight European village roads. The walk from the public parking is very easy and at most took 2 minutes.

The chalet is beautiful! Really spacious, great sized rooms and exactly as described. It’s in a quiet hamlet but walkable to the town and an easy drive to all the ski resorts. The chalet was really well equipped, particularly for us travelling with a toddler and older children. Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing weekend with friends, the accommodation is very warm, with several comfortable rooms, we were able to spend time all together in the great room, but also have our quiet moments in the rooms, with all the useful equipment, and incredible memory of taking a warm bath outside in the snow!

We really liked the house: it fits perfectly with the description, it is clean and quiet, with a magnificent view. The host is super nice, he even provided us with a barbecue and medicine.

We had a great time at Josiane's; the setting is very beautiful, the accommodation is quiet and functional. We enjoyed the friendly welcome from our host and their hospitality. The location of the accommodation allowed us to take very nice hikes and access the heart of the village easily without taking the car.

Confortable cabin for a very peaceful vacation. We went here last it’s my kids and they loved the lake view! Also, we managed to ski for one day in a station only 1 hour away!

Pascal's cottage is friendly and extremely peaceful, you are lulled by the sound of the river and the calm of the mountain. The amenities available in the house allow you to cook all the small dishes of the mountain. The lifts are 5 minutes away, only the Saint Colomban estate is off-center from the Domaine des Sybelles. I would highly recommend it! Pascal is a attentive and caring host.

an enchanting setting for a very pleasant family weekend ( 4 couples). The kitchen is very well furnished with lots of crockery and utensils. The materials ( especially kitchen and shower rooms) are of superb quality. Everything is smartly arranged. The stay is very warm and bright. Our host has always been responsive and very flexible on arrival and departure.

Pleasant stay in the small chalet in the back of the house. The cottage is very well equipped and clean. It is well located near the lake as well as the campsite and its restaurant. Gaëlle welcomed us and was accommodating and available.

Perfect accommodation for a family gathering, access close to the ski resort, very peaceful environment. The only downside in my opinion is the price of electricity to be added at the end of the stay. We had it for 107 euros without excess and without using the sauna ...
