The accommodation includes a bright living room with equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and an entirely new bathroom. Ideally located 400 meters from the train station and 5 minutes' walk from the city center, you will have access to all amenities (market, shops, bookstore, supermarkets, Church ...).

This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

You can take advantage of our pond to take a few small boat rides, to fish (for free) or to rest on the terrace, facing the surrounding nature.
