Halfway between Chambéry and Grenoble, 5 minutes from the highway exit and already in the countryside! Come and stroll along the Alloix, a 3-minute walk from the house, a river that originates on the famous Petites Rochers plateau (15 minutes by car), a paradise for paragliders and other mountain lovers!

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer an independent house in the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry. Single-story, cozy and very bright, with private garden and parking space. It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. Many activities await you: mountain (skiing, hiking, paragliding), cycling, swimming (lakes), sightseeing.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

La Maisonnette and its garden in Chartreuse

We offer a nice independent cottage in our property, with its terrace and small garden. Functional and well equipped, it is located in the Village of Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Where you can rest after a nice hike. Private parking for one car. La Maisonnette is ideal for a single person or a couple. Hiking departures are possible from the Maisonnette. There is free wifi as well as air conditioning.

Le Chalet de Manu

Come and stay in a little piece of heaven, an atypical mazot, tastefully redone. Mountain lovers will be delighted with many hiking trails nearby. And for city lovers, Chambéry is 30 minutes away and Annecy is 1 hour away. The Chalet de Manu awaits. Don't be afraid of its small size, we promise you will be charmed.
