A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Located near Vallières ( all shops), the area offers many possibilities : walking, cycling or mountain biking , horseback riding or motorcycle, fishing . The property is 10 minutes from Lavaux Gelade Lake (300 ha) and 35 minutes from Vassivières Lake ( 1000 ha). On a cultural level, the Aubusson Tapestry Museum and other sites such as Vulcania are close by.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
